This project is one of my favorite artwork that I have done. Since this was done a while back and I couldn't remember the artist that inspired me for this artwork, but I remember his style of artwork fits my taste quite well. Combining with this fantasy/anime style of art taking it towards the design. The entire project is done using only pencils and a pen, to begin with. To make it more interesting and eye-catching I decided to make one part colorful while keeping the rest of the design just in black and white.
Similar to the Fantasy and Unreal project this artwork was done a while back. My memory is kind of foggy but looking at this project I know it was one of my favorite artwork back then as well. I am not sure if I recall this correctly, the technique used was taking a melted candle to cover up the spots that you don't want the ink to bleed to and at the end of the project( or working on other parts with a different color) and ones it was done you take a newspaper and cover it on top then iron the project to melt the candle again.
The idea behind this project if I recall correctly was attention, how I can catch the audience's attention right off the back. Using ink and a different shade of ink to create more detail in the design. Afterward using different colors towards the center of all characters to create them apart from the other character. Creating this attention towards the artwork.
This project is done at the same period as the first two projects so I can't recall it that well, this project's idea was taking a board and carving out the part that you want to leave white, and after it did you take the ink and ink the design on a white paper.
This is a sketch for a project this semester, the topic is space and how in the future people will travel throughout space with the technology we have. The setting here is that in the future humans can just walk to the moon and the time consumed in progress won't take long at all, just like teleport with a bit longer time consuming moving at the speed of light.
This project is my first approach to oil painting. The result is a bit messy compared to the original thought I had in mind. It took some trial and error during the painting since I couldn't control how I want the oil paint to work. But the result was accepting when I reach the end since I can tell which is which by looking at the painting.
